Our Muay Thai classes incorporate both the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai with strength & conditioning and more advanced technical drills to teach all the components of Muay Thai training.
In this class you will do pad work, bag work, partner drills, shin guard flow drills, light sparring drills, defence and counter drills, clinching techniques and strength & conditioning.
You will need to bring gloves, shin guards and your towel. Mouth guard and sparring gloves (14-16oz) are recommended. No experience necessary, all levels welcome!

Sparring is an integral part of martial arts training and allows you to put the skills you have practiced in your classes into action. Although we include some light sparring in our classes we also offer optional sparring sessions for members to get some more time to put their new skills into practice. We highly encourage our intermediate and advanced learners to incorporate sparring into their training on a regular basis.
Our trainers are very passionate about making sparring a safe and fun environment for everyone to learn and develop. All sparring sessions are supervised by a trainer at all times, and trainers will be monitoring and enforcing control and discipline to protect the safety of our members.
You must have sparring gloves (14-16oz), shin guards and mouth guard to participate (head gear and groin guard also recommended).
Our Teens and Kids programs are tailored to be highly engaging and entertaining, while also building a strong foundation of Muay Thai skills appropriate to age.
